First check what the best possible rates in Thailand are: https://daytodaydata.net/ Select USD to THB and select "Notes". Then go to this Twelve Victory branch and compare. TVC rates for their Bangkok main branch are competitive. But not garantueed to be the same in N.P. Depending on that (and your amount) you can decide whether it's worth searching elsewhere (like Mukdahan at the border where there might be more choices). I think it must be 12victory mentioned above.
