I had a friend we had throughput issues with one of these boxes. I swapped from Wifi to Ethernet connection and things improved but there was still a lot of buffering. After testing network speed, which was fine, I changed out the cat 5 cable for a Cat 6 cable and it improved again. Very little buffering. That's all I can think of based on the info you offered.
