Thainewbie123
Hi at all, I'm new here and I have a few questions about the white sai sin. I know there are a lot of topics here about these white strings. But I hope I get here some more answers. What happened when the string falls off? Is the luck away or unluck comes? Chazar
Dont worry its just a load of old baloney nonsense, but to get perspective, when it falls off gravity will most likely let it end up on the floor , unless its a windy day. Thats what happens and ALL that happens

It is supposed to bring you good luck, it is tied with good wishes, it is bad luck (and very impolite) to remove it yourself, it has to disintegrate by itself which it does fairly quickly but you can help it along by accidentally cutting it with a pair of scissors in the bathroom

Jane Dough
I have had my latest one for years and years. When it falls off my mother in law will doubtless put on a new one, as she very kindly always does. Rooster
orchis
my thai in-laws just cut it off when they feel like it. they are buddhist practicioners hence they do not put their sense of well-being into outside material objects.
