Sex game that went wrong ? Really,I’m suspecting he pushed the Thai prostitute after reading of his past. Raping a 12yr old child sickens me greatly and I’m praying he’s <deleted> up the <deleted> and then they throw away the key.

laws must be changed * Rapists in the uk are placed on the sex register therefor I’m appalled he was allowed to travel to Thailand in the first instance. Thailand must ban anybody convicted of sex crimes against children from entering the kingdom.

If due diligence had been carried out then this Thai sex worker may have still be alive today.

Did you read the actual article! he was released as according to Thai there was no case to answer. However he was in fact on the run from UK no doubt bail jumped. So the offence he got jailed for was indeed a British offence.

Correct, but it sounds like he is  "rotten apple", as apart from the charges he "eluded" in Thailand, he obviously has "form":-

"Vella, who was jailed for raping a teenager in 2012, was then escorted back to Britain by police after it emerged he was also on the run accused of drug dealing."

So justice prevails, unfortunately, it would appear, not in Thailand!

Why not?

He is a quality product made in Britain... so let the British tax payers handle his maintenance.

He didn't manage to get his s#it sorted out in the army. But then again maybe he was only there for a few weeks and will carry the tag of "Brit ex-soldier" until he's had another career.

Probably a territorial( hobby squaddie)

Because he's in jail for offences committed in the UK. But don't let that stop your ranting, I could do with some entertainment.

Yes indeed. My brother, a former maximum security prison guard, told me what happens to sex offenders; however, they may place the rapist in protective custody.????

Rapist are not that bad , child molesters get it the worst. Rapist is case by case depending who was raped and under what circumstances. Ask your brother, somehow inmates know  full criminal history ????

Why this is mentioned?

Only British Ex-Soldiers can kill prostitutes? ????

He did a little over a year before being 'medically discharged' from Royal Logistics Corps.

Sadly Evil is always near by and this is one face of it.

So, he will only be around 32 years when he is released if he serves that. I somehow feel he will be in the news again, so I hope he is banned from entering LOS.

Less, they become eligible for release or parole after serving 50% of their sentence in the UK. Since he has been convicted of drug dealing that is quite likely.
