From my own personal dealings they are at least 30% over.the present asking price. Due to a raft of geniune reasons. which have been posted on TV. From a over supply. To exchange rates To visa.s and so on There appears to be a shortage of buyers and renters at the present prices but the prices in most cases remain the same any thoughts or done deals are welcome Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
