Heather18
Hi, I was wondering if anyone in Thailand has suffered from adenomyosis and if they were treated for it. I was diagnosed in a different country and have had no luck here seeing a doctor that has heard of it. I was actually told I no longer had it by one doctor. Even a good endometriosis doctor could maybe help? Thank you
Sheryl
My Cambodian worker's wife had it and was diagnosed and treated (symptomatically only) at local government hospital. 1st or 2nd year resident there had no trrouble diagnosing it on ultrasound. I wonder if you have run into a language barrier? It is not that unusual. But sounds like there is some question re accuracy of your diagnosis. You may need endoscopy to confirm if ultrsound is not conclusive. Prof. Amphan Chalermchockcharoenkit is the leading expert ion this and endometriosis in Thailand, http://endometriosis-adenomyosis.asia/contents/member_07.html He can be seen at: Thonburi Hospital https://www.thonburihospital.com/search?type=2&specialty=38&firstname=A&lastname=&language=EN&page= Saturday evenings only Can also probably be seen throughS iriaj's private wing https://www.thonburihospital.com/search?type=2&specialty=38&firstname=A&lastname=&language=EN&page=
