Clearly written by a lawyer and designed to please an ignoramus. The kind of ignoramus who called for the impeachment of Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff.

Desperation...when you got nothin on someone except 'ignoramus'  ????????????

There is no legal argument in the letter. Just fake facts.

So in your learned opinion why is the investigation against the constitution.

Hint. Just saying it is does not make it a legal argument. Whoever wrote the letter must be ready to be a laughing stock.

Exactly.  They know this effort is going nowhere fast.

You do realise its all travelling very fast. New facts being discovered daily.

Rudy is in for a hard time. Even trump says hes not sure he is his lawyer. Another speedbump for the bus.

On Jan 20, 2021, Trump will be inaugurated for his second term.

Anyone in Trump's position who believes the members of the House or Senate can be impeached is clearly an ignoramus. So the kind of nonsense his lawyer was obviously written to please trump since the Constitution and the weight of jurisprudence about the Constitution are clearly in contradiction to those claims.

Why did you quote my post when your reply has nothing to do with it.

Trump supporters really do show themselves as the lowest common denominator when facts are in the way.

By now, a learned guy like you should know that many a time, right and wrong are a matter

of perspective. Information warfare is the name of the game. While Im no expert on

constitutional law, the optics of what the Dems are doing are very bad and will come back

to haunt them....but they have no choice...they must proceed because they have no governance ideas...

the whole party has to choose between violently lunching to the left and an ageing Obama crony

who is neck deep in overt and covert signs of corruption.

I saw that exchange. The off camera reporter said: is Rudy still your lawyer?

Trump said (in true genius fashion): I don't know...I haven't talked to him yet.

Don't know how you can twist that to suggest Trump isn't sure Rudy is his lawyer.

This guy is too smart for you and the whole battalion of Dem pros out there.

The democrats scored big in 2018 precisely because they have governance ideas. Lke health care. And raising taxes on the wealthy which is popular even among Republicans. And using some of that increased revenue for America's badly decaying infrastructure. In fact, had the revenues lost to the tax cut instead been dedicated to infrastructure, Trump would probably be a lot more popular now. But it was more important to him to deepen the swamp.

They lied to the public, thats what they said but the only idea they had was impeachment.

Sure. A really popular political idea like making healthcare affordable that will gain them huge support and in an area that the democrats have always led in was a lie? Or increasing taxes on the rich, another hugely popular political idea was a lie? And building infrastructure with some of the money was a lie? What alternative universe do you come from.

The optics are irrelevant. Congress is acting with a constitutional right and following house rules.

If you dont like the rules blame republicans.

They are proceeding because it is their sworn duty to do so.

What call, you said he never spoke to him. So you admit he called him. Nice one.

Nope.

They did well because Mueller had not completed his report by the Nov 2018 election.  People still believed the false narrative that Trump stole the 2016 election by soliciting help from the Russians.  Now the word is out and we know Trump won that election fair and square.
