RickG16
Hi chaps, any advice on this? Can it be easily repaired by a garage? Or am I looking at a whole new cover? Cheers
lopburi3
We have had a small piece of black duct tape on our seat for a year or more - have to look hard to even see it.
Denim
You can have the whole seat recovered , any colour you like , for about 250 baht. Had my wave done in two tone grey and black with beading. Fantastic job but had to leave the seat with repair guy for a couple of days as he had a lot of work on.

Spokes were rusty ( wire wool job ) , hate garish stickers so got rid of them for chequered pin stripe , new sprockets , chain , tyres , headlight plus other cosmetic stuff , oils changed , filters ....etc. Spent about 4500. Quite a lot for a wave but it was a hobby thing. Had quite a few big bikes ( mostly Triumphs ) but now just need something for a beer run.
papa al
OP Consider overlay with one of those mesh ventilating covers. ~B250. Have it stapled on rather than relying on elastic & velcro. X-lent product. 10/10.
