Naew Na reported that a 31 year old Thai woman was arrested outside a Pattaya school on a human trafficking warrant.

A joint operation by Chonburi immigration and the Pattaya Tourist police served the warrant that had been issued in December 2016 on Rawipha Takunphon, aged 31.

The warrant relates to enticing children over 15 but not yet 18 to enter the sex trade.

No mention was made of the name of the school just that it was in Bang Lamung, Nong Prue. The arrested woman's activities at the school gates were not explained.

Why is she wearing different clothes at the police station to the clothes she was wearing at the time of arrest?

Maybe she wasn't really arrested, but just asked to come to the police station when it's convenient for her, so these pictures might have been taken on different days.

So, what you are suggesting is she was arrested on one day, outside the school, and wearing a green shirt, and asked to come into the police station, when convenient, like, after getting a chance to go to a bank to withdraw money, to be charged and processed?

Probably out on bail now, never to see a day at court.

The last picture (the one on the bottom right with her standing in front of the police logo) is just wrong. Your job is to arrest criminals. Not pose for photos with them.

Obviously, you've had a momentary lapse of memory of where you are / what country we're talking about!

Its pretty obvious why she was there considering what she has been arrested for .

But not confirmed, but there again I would be concerned it she was waiting for her daughter(s).

Vocational training is alive and well in Thailand!

You would be surprised how well vocational training is alive for jobs in the social sector, with openings for ages you wouldn't believe, without ever relating to any procuror, freelance so to say.

And not only in Thailand, also in the western countries.

maybe not the same person or the "nice" police stopped by her house to help her change, this is Thailand, anything it's possible

agree and was wondering why they cover her face, she's a criminal and parents should be able to see who she is or what she looks like

Presumably not until she is found guilty in court.

But I agree, in these circumstances, parents would want to recognize her.

Some of these things are not easy to follow. She was arrested outside a school yet the warrent for her arrest was issued in Dec. 2016. Did it take that long to find her ?

Come on!  We're talking Pattaya Plod here.  They haven't managed to arrest ONE taxi driver for not using his meter despite the fact that there are notices at various supermarkets/tourist attractions listing unmetered fares.
