CheersUsed to be a roadside place at the intersection of 3rd road and Soi 17. Cheers On Soi Buakhauw on the corner of the soi diagonally opposite The Pagoda Bar and opposite side to Tree Town. Squeezed in between the money changer and the rib restaurant.
