Speculation surrounding the death of Lanlabelle - the hostess or pretty who died in Bangkok last month following a drinks party - continued unabated in the Thai media.

Daily News reported several developments.

They said that deputy metropolitan commissioner Pol Gen Suwat Jaengyotsuk assured reporters that the matter was still under investigation and if and when necessary more warrants would be issued.

He held a two hour meeting with investigators Tuesday.

A source at Bukkhalo police - the jurisdiction where Lanlabelle was found dead  - said CCTV at the drinks party in Bang Bua Thong had been compared with CCTV at the condo in Bang Khun Thian where she was discovered dead on a sofa in the lobby.

A "smart watch" on the wrist of the victim recorded her pulse rate and heartbeat every ten minutes.

The last recorded time was 5.10pm on September 16th. After that there was no recorded heartbeat.

A meeting is expected to take place today, said Daily News, in which Pol Maj-Gen Samrit Tongtao is expected to announce a warrant for the arrest of someone who helped Ratchadech Wongthabut or Nam Un.

Nam Un is the man who was at the drinks party who later was seen carrying Lanlabelle into the condo in Bang Khun Thian then from the lift to the sofa.

I'm out of touch. What is a "drinks" party.

Obviously its in the name but is there something specific about them in terms of organisation or structure?  Are they sponsored by beer companies or something?

I think this is what they call drinks party:

Something like this could explain why she had so much alcohol in her blood. Crazy and in the worst case deadly idea and all the monkeys around her enjoy it.

What the hell is the difference... ????

The scene of the crime hasn't been agreed. The time of death will define which division of the city police will ultimately get to handle this very public case. I don't think either of them wants the actual death to have occurred on their patch. Apart from the extra work, there will be inevitable scrutiny about turning a blind eye to these events.

The value of the data from the victims smart watch was initially written off by one of these police forces as either unreliable or irrelevant very early in this game of pass the parcel but here it is being brought up again.

I would wager the Ban Bua Thong cops are the ones developing rapidly sloping shoulders here.
