I stayed in on nut before 6 years ago...and the price per room was like 12000 bht.... so now either inflation went up or I dont know what is happening..... I "need" a really cheap 6-month lease in Bangkok to satisfy immigration requirements for changing a visa exempt to a non-O visa. the cheaper the better.
