ellisael Posted February 12, 2020 Share Posted February 12, 2020 I often swim to relax and definitely go for a hike or a trek once every two week. I am also a sucker for sleeping in late. I have been reading a lot of psychology and really loving it. My current read is Psychological Science, and i especially recommend the tenth chapter which looks at emotions.
