Recently, whilst I was browsing some website containing reviews of this medication, some users had mentioned about experiencing thinning of hair. Tmoney Posted October 21, 2019 Share Posted October 21, 2019 I've been prescribed the 8mg tablet now for over 15 years and have not noticed any side effects including thinning hair. I have had a small bald patch at the back of my head increase in size a little over the years but at 75 y.o. put this down to age rather than medication. Hope that puts your mind at ease.
