Household debts of Thais alarm economists

The ratio of household debt to GDP has risen by 78.8 per cent meaning that Thai citizens have combined debts of Bt13 trillion debts, the second-highest in Asia, according to a recent seminar on the subject of household debt and homeownership organized by the Real Estate Information Centre of Government Housing Bank (GHB).

Department of Land Transport to improve quality of public transport

As a man of, let’s say, advancing years, I read a piece the other day that lifted my spirits. It said that people aged 55 and over were more likely to get arrested for having sex in a car than any other age group – and that includes “where else can we go?” teenagers.
