Best practices for water pump purchase

Our rent building has ten rooms on the ground floor and eight on the second. Each room has shower, wash basin and W.C. Nine rooms have electric showers which require steady pressure. There are two laundry machines and some utility faucets in the common area.

A pair of 25mm lines run the full length of each floor with each line carrying approx 50% of the load. 18mm lines feed each room. The 25mm main lines come together at ground level into a 40mm feed line which terminates at the pump station 50mm manifold.

All pumps and tanks are at ground level.

Two 25mm .75kw centrifugal pumps work as a pair to handle varying demand. 40L bladder tank handles pressure storage.

A combination of public and well water is stored in three 2000L tanks 8M from pumps via a 50mm line.

A while back we made alterations to the building stairs and managed to run the whole building off one 25mm water line for two days without too much drama.

The most sense so far:

8 rooms on 2 levels is no big deal, just most are over complicating a very simple pump installation.

There's a cheap room for rent setup not far from us that has 50+ ground level units running off a 450 watt house pump mounted on the tank platform about 5M above ground.

Everyone seems quite happy with the diversity calculation ????

May I suggest to the OP he work with a local company that has local hotel references he can see and speak to the owners of the hotels. I have seen the Mitsubishi super pumps of several configurations that supply water to resorts, small hotels and medium size hotels in Buriram. The willingness and ability of the pump installer to come back for warranty repairs, and repairs after the warranty period might be invaluable to the OP.  Grundfos would also be a brand of water pump for consideration. The OP might be joining a hotel organization and might already know the managers or owners of hotels in his community.
