Stored my HD for almost 7 years, as above, drained the fuel, filled with fresh, new battery. Zoom. Video experience with E10 and StaBil mirrors my own. Kwasaki Posted October 23, 2019 Share Posted October 23, 2019 Irritating voice but anyway I'm not sure about fuel corrosion, the bike I managed to get running has 4 carbs that were left for 6.1/2 years. I put 2 litres of gasoline from yellow pump into the carbs, left them overnight and then drained them out, rigged up a temporary fuel line with E91 because I had got the bike to a stage where it should fire up the engine. Hey presto the engine started straightaway, so much for corrosion. They are a bit sticky but carbs kits will soon be on the way. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
