WorriedNoodle
Just curious as to the process if goods paid up front are delivered in a damaged state by Thai Post? I recently ordered an item on Lazada and the seller used Thai Post register mail. I tracked it on the Thai Post web site and the site stated the package was out for delivery from 8am on the day I waited. It rained all that day non stop and when the postman delivered on his small motorbike at 4pm the parcel was completely wet and soggy from rain water. I was tempted to reject it but unsure of the delay this would cause by Thai Post so accepted and recovered the contents from the cardboard box without much damage after drying out. It was an electronic product that was wrapped in plastic but the postman wouldn't have known. The product boxing and user manual were soaking wet. WorriedNoodle
OK good to know in future Lazada would take this back - I thought maybe this is entirely Thai Posts fault? I have actually kept the product as not too expensive and works despite wet damaged packaging but was wondering about Thai Post aspect of the Lazada purchase.
