etsllc Posted October 31, 2019 Share Posted October 31, 2019 Service went out for 5 days (have two boxes) , called and setup for tech to come out and fix. No show or call from tech or TrueVisions on service day. Called again, they call back next day not sure can make it today and they will not credit me for lost service if they can't find problem. I am technical in nature and I figured out the problem in about 2 hrs. How or what are my options to file a complaint with govt agency like consumer protection in Thailand. Thanks for any thoughts.
