Retirement Extension / health insurance requirement

i know this is all up in the air at the moment -  From what i understand, some "O" visa's you'll need health insurance and some you won't ....

 

I however have a Non Immigrant "B" visa, which i have been extending by reason of retirement for the last few years.....

 

My question is:

 

Will i need health insurance in force when i go to do my extension in a few months time ?

You will not need insurance.

It is only required for OA long stay visas issued by a embassy.
