New manager has made delay in paperwork for 2nd time in one year. 1st time got 7 day denial of 30 day extension. I am being asked to get another extension. ubonjoe Posted November 3, 2019 Share Posted November 3, 2019 If you mean your permit to stay ended on October 6th you are now on an overstay. No problem if your visa non-b visa expired then. Im now ok, this visa will expire on 6 oct. i heard a little chit chat that to many 7 day extensions could be problematic. Can’t do 1yr , salary and WP dont match, again polish the CV.
