What may appear to be a single piece of string, was in fact, many pieces of string knotted together ! Many of the knots are know to the authorities, but there seems to be little co-operative effort to "loosening" these knots!. Knotty problems exist in Vietnam, China, Russia, Italy, France, UK. Agree, good work so far.
