Jazz, Blues & some rock, with top blues & jazz bands from Chiang Mai, plus the expat Midnight Ramblers "rolling stones" only band from Bangkok. The bands 1. Young Chiang Khong Band 2. RibbindaSky (CNX) 3. The Multiple Standards (CNX) 4. The GG Band featuring. Por North Gate (Saxophone)(CNX) 5. Midnight Ramblers 6. Chiangmai Blues featuring Chart Bebop (CNX) This is a free concert - no charge. The venue is at the newly renovated "old ferry port" https://goo.gl/maps/ppPMM31wCtMbLuLt8 The stage will be set up right beside the river with some top musicians beating out a few tunes. It will be a unique event right beside the Mekong river & not to be missed. There is nowhere on the MEkong you can do something like this, because everywhere else involves a sandy river bank & track down to the river! This is something special.
