jonwilly 745 #1 Posted November 8 I find that I cannot print Photos from my iPhone that have a HEIC tag as opposed to JPEG. Anyone have ideas suggestions. john
jonwilly 745 #2 Posted November 11 Thank Buddha for a trained PC man. A friend who was formally trained on PC's by the bank, where he worked, took a look at my problem and advised me to check Photos in settings. I did this and found I could change to JPEG, problem solved. I am a complete novice at Mac OS but I would have thought that there would have been some ace on this board. john
Ex Machina 4 #3 Posted November 24 HEIC is a new image compression format used by Apple - it's more efficient and better quality than JPG. However, it's not yet widely supported, whereas everything and anything can read/process/write JPG.
