corkman
Hi Everyone, I'll (hopefully) be taking the interview for permanent residence permit soon, and was hoping for some guidance on the questions? Can anyone advise on this please? Thanks.

tomazbodner
Hmm... mine started with the usual "what's your name, where you're from, what do you do here, where do you live, are you married..." and then it goes off to any direction depending on your answers. Ended up being a very pleasant conversation in my case. Alas in formal Thai, and in front of camera.

Jane Dough
I was asked how many days there are in a week. There are seven. Rooster 1
rimmae2
I sent the OP a message with 2 sets of interview questions from several years ago 2 days ago, as well as some other info.
Purdey
Speaking Thai is maybe half of the points they count. But they just seem happy with very informal conversational Thai. Edited November 12, 2019 by Purdey

Probably the actual interview as well... Edited November 12, 2019 by Bennyl

I got mine about 5 years ago and they had a list of questions starting with tell us about yourself. Think being relaxed and coming out with information that wasn't asked helped to ensure they didnt catch me out because we ran out of time haha.
