Yes more......

“The European commission recalls that, in accordance with established EU case law, a member state may not invoke provisions prevailing in its domestic legal system to justify failure to observe obligations arising under Union law”, the commission said".

and....

"The formation of the new commission headed by the former German defence minister has already been delayed by a month owing to the European parliament’s rejection of nominees from three member states".

So there we have it. EU law supremacy in action plus they don't fine anyone else for offering dubious candidates. More reasons to leave.

Should left …!  if not wishing follow the law while being still a member …..:1zgarz5:, they (E.U.) just MUST implicate their own rules by themselves , nothing more nothing less....:whistling:... the ball is and stays behind the Cliffs of Dover camp ….

The Great Brexit Party Swindle – how Nigel Farage's party took thousands for a ride.

https://bylinetimes.com/2019/11/15/the-great-brexit-party-swindle/

One of the astonishing things about the Brexit party is that it's MEPs are collectively the wealthiest politicians in the EU parl. They bang on about being anti-elite while treating their own ordinary supporters with what borders on contempt.

Is it not the case the EU's finances haven't been signed off for many years?

Hardly a bastion of fiscal responsibility.

Meanwhile back in Blighty, its Saturday and that means the main parties trying to out do each other on who will plant the most trees.

Do voters believe a word of this nonsense.

Interesting to see if Labour poll showings

go up next week after their free broadband for all nonsense.

Auditors say the accounts have been accurate since 2007. But they have historically recorded significant errors in how money is paid since their first audit in 1995. In the most recent year, they found a significant part of the EU’s spending was largely error-free for the first time.
