Sad day again. Public can protest by not using that bank or cancelling their accounts, that may hurt more. The bank must be doing well to have Merc on its books as a taxi?

Bank, what bank?

Thanks for that link, much more interesting than all the ranting, indignant Thaivisa members' complaints about something that is nothing to do with them, such as whether the ambulance patient should accept an apology and how that apology (which was accepted) should be made.

By the way, just for my attackers who are now fuming and furiously bashing away at their keyboards, I do not condone the Merc driver's actions in any way.

contempt of the Law, i.e. contempt of the Country's leadership

Surely police can at least summon ambulance blockers,
Fine them or if no-show take them to court and let judge decide.

"exactly"

Well, not exactly!

"attempted assault"

Didn't happen.

"causing bodily harm"

Didn't happen.

"causing death by negligence"

Didn't happen.

"contempt of government employee"

What? That's an offence?  Are you having a laugh?

Out of interest, who was the "government employee"?

"contempt of the Law, i.e. contempt of the Country's leadership"

What?  Are you having another laugh?

Seismic has it.  An apology by proxy is not acceptable.

"An apology by proxy is not acceptable".

Maybe unacceptable to you but your feelings are irrelevant  It was acceptable to the patient and that's the only thing that matters in this case.

When the say Ramkhamhaeng do they mean someone who represents Ramkhamhaeng University?

Why would you think that they meant that?  The OP said "a Ramkhamhaeng company"!

I know that it could have happened but it didn't and the poster I was responding to was suggesting that he should be prosecuted for those offences!

I'm not defending him, in fact in another comment I made on this same thread (that you must have read) I specifically said that I did not condone his actions but you decided to ignore that.
