IT Training Offered In English

I am trying to attend a CCNA or Comptia Security + Bootcamp in Bangkok or elsewhere in Thailand. All the places, Ive called informed me that the current schedule is only offered in Thai. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can get the bootcamp training in English in Thailand. The options available are to fly to India of which I dont want to do except it is necessary.
