Should you take supplements?

by Monique Jhingon

Screen-Shot-2019-11-01-at-15.12.35.png

Probably, yes. Unless you live in a pollution free environment with rich soil and clean spring water, eat a diverse, wholesome and nutrient dense organic, local and seasonal diet, get plenty of sunshine and movement, have a stress free life, and you are in perfect health with a strong digestion and a well balanced microbiome. While these circumstances are technically possible, in reality they are hard to achieve.

The global measles problem

by Dr Donna Robinson

Screen-Shot-2019-09-23-at-11.09.55.png

Welcome back to Bangkok and welcome to Thailand to new families and individuals! It’s an exciting time of year. Everyone is getting ready to return to school, to begin university, to get back into their normal work routine. It is an incredible time to meet new people and to reconnect with friends who may have travelled over the summer months or stayed in Bangkok. Socially, this is great. However, from a healthcare perspective, this can really be quite troublesome. Not only are common colds and the flu likely to spread should one individual have them, we have a new problem on the rise around the world >> Measles.
