buick 759 #6 Posted November 18 on my first extension, i didn't know what to put on page 2. unaware of the meaning of 'tambon', 'amphoe', and 'changwat'. i didn't have internet access at the time and had to ask the immigration officer for assistance. not super critical but might want to verify those items. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Billpro785 24 #12 Posted November 19 I am US citizen myself, just did mine at the Kanchanaburi office last week. Down loaded the Tm7, filled out on the computer, printed and signed it. You will need a 4×6 cm passport photo, Copies of Tm 30, and passport pages. Took about 20 minutes total. I was here a week into my visa exempt, and had no issues.
