The difference being, you only get a visit from ICE if you are an illegal immigrant. ICE doesn't visit people in the US legally. Thai immigration are the ones's that specialize in visiting people living in the Kingdom with valid visa's. The visa for being a parent means I didnt have to have rhe 400k in the bank before application, and 1 month only after application.
