Naw dude, that was in response to the assertion that Trump is going to be charged and tried after he leaves office.

I’d stay away from any predictions regarding criminal justice if I were you, we’re all still laughing about your certainty that Manafort would not be convicted or do time.

Not even a trial in a friendly Senate will save him. There is just too much baggage. Not just all the madman tweets. Not just the Ukraine fiasco. Now, he's even serving up pro China propaganda.  This guy seems to work for every country but the US.

How the mighty have fallen , Trump likes to compare himself to Andrew Johnson - let's hope so.

One week later, the House adopted eleven articles of impeachment against the president. The articles charged Johnson with:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impeachment_of_Andrew_Johnson

  1. Dismissing Edwin Stanton from office after the Senate had voted not to concur with his dismissal and had ordered him reinstated.
  2. Appointing Thomas Secretary of War ad interim despite the lack of vacancy in the office, since the dismissal of Stanton had been invalid.
  3. Appointing Thomas without the required advice and consent of the Senate.
  4. Conspiring, with Thomas and "other persons to the House of Representatives unknown", to unlawfully prevent Stanton from continuing in office.
  5. Conspiring to unlawfully curtail faithful execution of the Tenure of Office Act.
  6. Conspiring to "seize, take, and possess the property of the United States in the Department of War".
  7. Conspiring to "seize, take, and possess the property of the United States in the Department of War" with specific intent to violate the Tenure of Office Act.
  8. Issuing to Thomas the authority of the office of Secretary of War with unlawful intent to "control the disbursements of the moneys appropriated for the military service and for the Department of War".
  9. Issuing to Major General William H. Emory orders with unlawful intent to violate federal law requiring all military orders to be issued through the General of the Army.
  10. Making three speeches with intent to "attempt to bring into disgrace, ridicule, hatred, contempt and reproach, the Congress of the United States".
  11. Bringing disgrace and ridicule to the presidency by his aforementioned words and actions.

That will be fun-the Republicans looked like idiots in the recent hearings still peddling conspiracy theories to the uneducated old white folk that make up the electoral college votes-sad it is-what do their families think ????

Even the Koch bros bowed out

There is now talk the House will go for censure instead of articles of impeachment.  The view is they won't open a Pandora's box by allowing the Senate Republicans to call both Clintons, both Bidens, the Whistleblower, and Schiff.

I see trump was very upset with yonavovitch becsuse she didnt want to hang his picture in the embassy. So he says.

He also says ukraine were the ones meddling in the election.

The guy is allergic to facts.

The ‘Ukraine where the one’s meddling’ is an item of Russian Intelligence Service misinformation.

The President of the US, members of the GOP and Trump supporters are actively spreading Russian misinformation.

That’s how corrupt they are.

The strings being pulled to make them  dance are in plain sight.

More distraction from this little boy who cries wolf , the Senate is mainly Republican and he knows they will cover his <deleted> just to stay in power so lets hope the election will remove this criminal from office .

Yes, but they will be allowed to subpoena witnesses that the Democrat lead congress won't allow the republicans to call.

But will they subpoena witnesses that the Trump administration refused to allow to testify? You know, first hand witnesses. The lack of whom Trump complained about.

LOl, Trump compares himself to Andrew Jackson, not Andrew Johnson.

"As president, [Andrew] Jackson sought to advance the rights of the "common man"[1] against a "corrupt aristocracy"[2] and to preserve the Union."  wiki

Common man, what you envision as 'trumpies'. Corrupt aristocracy, Clintons Obama Dems. Lets wait for Horowitz, Barr, and John Durham on this.

Almost certainly as a Senate trial would guarantee a fair process, unlike shifty Schiff. Remember, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Roberts will oversee the trial. You think Dems helped the popcorn industry?  Iowa will be laid barren.

Ya think so, huh? And as for a fair process, Lindsey Graham now is promoting the conspiracy lunacy.

"On 2 October 2019, Senator Lindsey Graham, a staunch Trump supporter and chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, wrote a letter to the leaders of Britain, Australia and Italy, asserting as fact that both Mifsud and Downer had been directed to contact Papadopoulos. Joe Hockey, the Australian ambassador to the United States, sharply rejected Graham's characterization of Downer.[28][29] A former Italian government official told The Washington Post in October 2019 that during a meeting the previous month, Italian intelligence services told Barr they had "no connections, no activities, no interference" in the matter; Italian prime minister Giuseppe Conte later affirmed this"

Looking more doubtful that it will get to the Senate.  Schiff was on the verge of tears as he closed out the session, knowing he had failed. Watch him as he loses it, starts yelling and adjourns before he starts crying.  Pathetic.

Whos been a naughty boy, mr nunes. Looks like you should call yourself as a witness.

https://www.businessinsider.com/lev-parnas-devin-nunes-victor-shokin-ukraine-biden-2019-11

And there's more. It turns out that John Solomon, the "reporter" whose conspiracy reporting has been crucial to the so called Biden case, was part of a regular group meeting at the BLT restaurant at the Trump Hotel. The other regulars were Toensing, DiGenova, (Toensing & Degenova claimed on Fox that George Soros runs a big part of the State Dept)Parnas, and Giuliani. You know how Solomon justified his his being there:

"Solomon confirmed the meetings to CNN but said that calling the group a team was a bit of a mischaracterization. Solomon said that connectivity happened more organically, and that his role was only as a journalist reporting a story. "

https://edition.cnn.com/2019/11/22/politics/nunes-vienna-trip-ukrainian-prosecutor-biden/index.html

I've looked long and hard for any reporting on this group, or any previous acknowledgement in any media that he was part of it. Couldn't find it. He's such a lowlife.

The perfect loop!

Giuliani and Parnas feed Solomon with fake news and then Nunes cites Solomon to support the Ukraine conspiracy theory!

Feel so sorry for majority of Americans who see clearly what a lying cheating pompous Buffoon this president is.  And feel sorry for America as the World now sees that millions US citizens and Senators are so stupid to continue to support the Buffoon. Sad.
