Disaster officials issue heavy weather warning for Phuket, Andaman coast

PHUKET: Two key national figures for worker safety have assured that state compensation is forthcoming for those injured and the families of those killed in the building collapse in Phuket on Thursday that claimed seven lives and left two injured in hospital.

Eastern Polymer cuts revenue target but confident of jump in profits

Rare bat habitat found in Trang

Traders want six more months to offload residual banned farm chemicals

 

 

Thailand’s Department of Agriculture is to ask for an additional six months, until 1st June 2020, to divest themselves of 38,000 tons of residual paraquat, glyphosate and chlorpyrifos, before the legal ban takes effect.
