time for Visa change

For years I've read all the issues People have w/ Retirement Visas & annual Extensions + the added 90 day & TM30 reporting.

 

Friends go to Chaing Wattana to renew their Visas & take Hours & Hours to do... totally inefficient!!

 

First, It's time the Immigration hierarchy made positive changes by introducing on line reporting for Retirement Visa Extensions as done w/ 90 day & TM30 reports.

TM 30 reporting should be dropped as far more efficient ways to track property ownership if that is true purpose.

 

Second, Thailand should have a 5 year retirement Visa, same as Malaysia & other Asian countries... 

 

Time to be progressive nor Regressive!!
