True, and that served Thailand well, for many years, until people started to discover there was also an abundance of female companions, but beer is 75% cheaper, in a neighboring country. It wouldn't matter if they did and found it not viable, it still would have gone ahead to line the pockets of all the corrupt backers of the project.
