I read in earlier reports,he had a family and two kids here,

and could speak fluent Thai , more Fake news I suppose.

Hopefully the trip will result in a soul-searching experience for this guy. I'd say some deep reflection may be in order.

Deportation might be a relief but it doesn’t come free of charge, unless being extradited somewhere and is likely to be preceded by a lengthy spell in the over crowded, disease ridden Immigration jail where an American was reportedly murdered by the Iranian terrorists in charge there.

Don't deport him, send him to Pattaya and let a rat-pack of street punks welcome him to Thailand's premier "family" resort.

Chiang Mai is no place for him.

Can you imagine someone like that having access to semiautomatic assault rifles? I don't have to imagine it in the US.

There are a lot of Americans like him here in CM... seems to attract that sort.
