Looking for "traditional" Christmas day evening meal in Hua Hin

Talking roasted meat and potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, and of course the obligatory brussel sprouts here. HH Hilton are doing a brunch, does anyone know of an evening do? Grateful for any suggestions around the "central" part of HH
