allane Posted December 8, 2019 Share Posted December 8, 2019 As long as your card has at least one of the international logos, you should be OK at ATM's which display that logo. Mastercard has Cirrus I think ? I have recently been informed that Philippine banks are now issuing 6 digit PIN's, so that should not be an issue.
