kingofthemountain Posted December 11, 2019 Share Posted December 11, 2019 Central festival in Pattaya has also a free shuttle available (On beach road side,not far from the starbuck and the Hilton) and it seems there is no any problem with the taxis. Phuket is very special and deserves the central authorities from Bangkok to look into the taxi problem here.
