BRUSSELS (Reuters) - Prime Minister Boris Johnson appears set for a sweeping election victory on a promise to "Get Brexit done", but there is a reality check waiting for jaded voters who are feeling relieved that the messy divorce seems to be finally over.

Thai researchers win gold medal for smart atrial flow regulator

King Mongkut’s University of Technology Thonburi’s Smart Material Laboratory has won a gold medal from the International Trade Fair of Ideas, Inventions and New Products, (iENA2019), held recently in Nuremberg, Germany, Assoc Prof. Anak Khantachawana of KMUTT’s Bioengineering Faculty, announced this week.

Samut Sakhon sprays water to control PM2.5 airborne dust

The Samut Sakhon provincial administration started using four water spraying machines to reduce PM2.5 dust particles in the air along Rama II Road Thursday night, while water trucks wash dust off the roads in the province.

Responding to information from the United States Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) that amphetamine from Mexico is being smuggled to Asian countries including Thailand, Office of Narcotics Control Board (ONCB)’s secretary general, Niyom Termsrisuk said this week that no reports about such smuggling had been received and that, in any case, importing the drug to Thailand was difficult.

Thai massage recognized by UNESCO
