Right now, as this debate rages on, he is considered to be the 44th best president in history, amongst a mix of nearly 200 democratic and republican political historians. He deserves impeachment. He brought it on himself. He is a career criminal, and got caught in the act. Criminologists say the only thing that separates men who commit crimes, and live prosperous lives, and the ones who are brought down, is getting caught. He got caught. If you do not think the evidence is there, you are not thinking objectively. What more would it take? Being caught murdering folks? Being caught having sex with minors? Would either of those crimes even disturb the GOP leadership at this point?

Last I looked at was Bill Clinton flying to Eastern Europe with Epstein. So to fling mud about having sex with minors is more than just a tad outrageous.

And here was me thinking that the entire point of politics was getting the dirty on your opponent ! What a bunch of hypocrites the democrats are ! Sore losers with no agenda !

Now it has become about winning or losing at any cost no matter how high. The dems established this very low bar and it will come back to bite them in the ass.

Any other guesses? I am guessing you will see the main vote on impeachment will have some dems against it. The vote in the senate is going to be to dismiss with no trial.

well i thought u liked guesses considering the post stating not all dems will vote to impeach.

I doubt it will be dismissed without trial. Moscow mitch is stupid but not that stupid.

All ive been hearing from trump supporters is the cant wait for the senate trial to hear all the witnesses like bidens and schiff.

It is about getting dirt. But try the legal way if you dont want to be impeached.

All one needs to do is examine a man's character. All of the answers lie there.

The circus that ensues out of a trial is exactly what Trump wants anyway.

But will moscow mitch do that.

You said it will be finished before it starts. So which is it.

You argued I shouldn't be so sure. Sometimes I am not sure why I have to bother taking two positions with people like you. I am pretty sure Mitch should take the high road and move for outright dismissal. 2. If it goes to trial there will be democrats in the senate that vote to acquit.

Then we can focus on Warren and Sanders etc. A big shot just came from across the Atlantic.

In the Senate we can expect an incredibly drawn out process as the Reps will want the accuser/whistle blower to be questioned as it should be but he/she will not show up as we still don't have a name. Then they'll want to question the Biden's and they will refuse. So, in the end it'll be a waste of time just like in the House nonsense.

I think a better approach is to take no risks and win the election. If we become vindictive and seek revenge such as the dems do now it is the wrong way to go about it. Just go patch the holes in the road and let the dems whine win they lose and it isn't even close.

Be the better person.

I would prefer an electoral landslide. A mere dismissal would show that there isn't the urgency of desperation the dems exhibit day in and day out. Maybe we could just win without looking like a bunch of fixated stalkers.

Leave it alone and go for the main prize. After that retaliate. The dems had better pray to God (lots of bigly prayerfulness) they don't lose Pelosi as speaker. Can you even imagine what is going to happen if they do?

Go for the bigger gains WH and house. Show the public you are above these attacks.

I agree about going after another win in the WH.  I agree with taking back the House.  But I disagree about letting the sleeping dogs lie.  It's been the problem all along with the Republican strategy of "rising above attacks."  They desperately need to be held to account.  If you don't hold them to account they will continue to perpetrate ruse after ruse after ruse.  It needs to stop and accountability is the only way.

If by revenge you mean holding a criminal accountable for his acts, then I suggest you look again at the definitions of "vindictive" and "revenge." That's NOT what is happening here.

Wait until the GOP controls all of it in less than a year. Imagine what will happen in the house if the GOP get a majority. Be patient there is a day of reckoning coming. For now just keep stacking the courts full of judges, which is what the senate has been doing.

The dems are going to be destroyed by a wider margin than they imagine.

Trying doing that without your hate fueled bias.  Be objective for a change.

That goes for ALL sides. Fox propaganda has fueled Republicans into a frenzy of "HATE DEMOCRATS no matter what" while pesky facts sprinkled with truth have whipped the Democrats into reluctant action.

"Imagine what will happen in the house if the GOP get a majority".....

Didn't the Reps have this when Ryan was running the show and didn't they make a major mess of accomplishing what Trump promised in the election?

Nobody knows that - that's propaganda working its ugly way into soft heads. What I DO know is Trump keeps doing really stoopid [sic] things and EVERYONE is exhausted from the divisive hatred that emanates from his words and deeds. Too many Republican senators have admitted behind the scenes that Trump is bat sh*t crazy, but they want to keep their positions in government so they carry water for this lunatic.

Yeah . . . I'm just leaning back on those pesky facts again. You know Pelosi held off on this impeachment until she was unable to ignore what Trump did.

Things are a little different now, The GOP should wait and pounce when the time is right.

Still disagree.  Reckoning should be immediate.  This impeachment is another Dem hoax.  I would not argue to let the Dems off the hook for perpetrating this hoax.  They need to be held to account now.  Has nothing to do with revenge and everything to do with serving justice and deterring future misconduct.

I trade for a living so I don't like to take too much risk. I think immediate dismissal would be a sure thing.

Don't blame Fox News for the destroying the Dems reputation.  They brought it on themselves through their duplicitous, hypocritical and corrupt actions.
