Go in the center aisle about 20 meters and you'll spot a stall on the right that has a couple of large grinders. The girl grinds the coconut for you when you order. She tosses it in with the brown husk (not the shell) still attached so you have to clean it out on your own but, at 60 baht a kilo that's not a problem.
