Do renewal of stay and 90days the same time

My extension of stay (spouse visa)will be expired on 23 Dec. If I renew it on 12 Feb next year, is there any problem? (I want to do both at the same time).  Is the time enough for ImmD to handle.

You have to do your extension of stay application on or before December 23rd. You would be on an overstay after that day.

You can do a report of staying longer than consecutive 90 days in the country up to 15 days before or 7 days after the report date.

You need do ur 1 year extension NOW!!!

for PHUKET<(check with ur immigration office)  when u do your yearly extension, they reset ur 90-day report date as well

The 90 day report is due when you stay in Thailand 90 continuous days.   It has nothing to do with getting a 1 year extension of stay. It is not reset. At least not at CW it is n’t. I entered Sept 29th and received a new extension of stay, 42 days early, on October 7th. My requirement to report to immigration at the end of December hasn’t changed.

I clearly stated  PHUKET>>>>>and they do reset ur 90 days

You have to renew your retirement Visa before it expires. Your 90 day reporting can be done 14 days early or 7 days late. If you don't renew your retirement Visa before it runs out you will have to leave Thailand and get a new O Visa and have had 800,000 baht in your account for 2/3 months.
