Interesting idea, probably a no go zone for falang because the women tend to be larger

i am afraid it could be a no go zone for indians too

it's a little bit far from their favorite Beach road spot

They probably know how to deal with the special environment. Good they bring some action to Avenue. MS>

Yep i am sure the condos and hotels in the near area

are already very happy with the idea.

They have desperately tried to reduce the noise pollution at night

with a semi succesfull ban on the parking trafic after 22h00

and now this. good luck to them.

Nana doesn't cause noise outside the complex. Have you ever been there?

I consider Avenue to be sacrosanct.....I cant believe their turning it into a noisy brothel.

I hope property values in the area do not plummet due to the noise and unsavoury vibe.

Feel bad for Villa Supermarket.

No i have never been to Nana complex in Bangkok

but you misunderstanding my comment, i am not talking about

the noise created by the establisments themselves, but more than

the noise of the drunk customers shouting on the parking area

a sort of collateral damage.

Out of curiosity how works Nana plaza in Bangkok?

I have heard from differents sources from the last months

it was pretty calm and not far to die

Well, they are taking over everywhere else, why not the Avenue 😞 The good thing will be that there will be no bar fines and the girls will only want 100 Bht 🙂

The noise of the gogos is contained within the rooms, and the bars outside are relatively quiet.

Contrary to what you and others believe, there are no drunk customers shouting outside the complex. In fact, drunkeness is not a significant factor at Nana, anymore than in Soi 7, 8 in Pattaya or on Walking Street.

Difference between places like London and Pattaya is that drunken young hoons are not in evidence much in Pattaya, but all over the place in London.

Soi 7 and 8 are far more noisy than a gogo area as the bars are all open to air, and they play music loudly.

The part of The Avenue where the gogos will be is well away from the road too. The bar beers across the road are loud, but no one has come on here criticizing them, although they have been there for decades.

To read the comments on here it's as though there are no other bars on Second, when it's full of them right against the road. Perhaps people just like to complain about anything new.

I hope it succeeds.

BTW, I was at the opening of The Avenue, and I believe that it was owned by Indians.

Another 2 shopping centers were opened which were 1. Pattaya Avenue with Major Cineplex, Major Bowl and Villa Market as anchor tenants. In 2014, it had another anchor “Premium Outlet” who operated discounted fashion goods 2. Power Center named “Khao Yai Market Village” which had Tesco as anchor tenant. This project was already sold to Tesco Lotus
