up-country_sinclair
Does anyone have recent information on using a digital boarding pass at Suvarnabhumi? I've got a domestic arrival at Suvarnabhumi on Bangkok Airways and need to rush slightly to make my international flight on Etihad. If I've checked in online and have a digital boarding pass on my phone, can I go directly to security at international departures? Or do I need to go to the Etihad counter? Or do I need to have a paper boarding pass? Thanks! ????
treetops
Etihad say Bangkok accepts mobile boarding passes but: Quote Depending on where you are travelling to, you may still be required to carry your physical boarding pass. and we don't know that. My experience is that paper boarding passes have always been given when my destination has been the UK, but I always check in luggage so I'm present at the counter anyway. https://www.etihad.com/en/manage/check-in
