Photo: Eakkapop Thongtub PHUKET: Police have yet to confirm the cause of death of a 75-year- old Frenchman who died after being found floating unconscious in the water at Patong Beach yesterday afternoon (Jan 8). Lt Col Sanit Budnongsaeng of the Patong Police said he was informed of the death at 4pm. The Frenchman, Raphael Skynazi, was pulled from the water by lifeguards, who performed CPR, but failed to revive him, Lt Col Sanit said.
