I thought somebody actually got shot......

I vote shooting illegal tippers.  Just driven round my neighbourhood looking for a new house to rent off Kao Noi.  The area round Paradise Hills is a wasteland.

In this day and age, doesn't the lowest bidder always win? Irrelevant if they have a good / bad track record or not.

I thought whoever was a family member always won, and they didn't need any track record at all.  🙂

The lowest bid for a contract does not necessarily gaurantee value and efficiency for money, nor the best quality service.

Try tell that to the accountants that run most companies these days!

Does anyone know, where is the garbage taken for disposal that's actually collected from Pattaya by the trucks, and what becomes of it once there?

It goes 'outside the environment'

Google   The front fell off.

Some is brought to an area at the North end of the railway line bypass road... and at night, large trucks of rubbish sneak out onto Hwy 36 and off to Rayong dumping area it goes.
