A thirty year old Thai woman has filed a report with Samet police in Chonburi after receiving obscene messages from a person she described as an old pervert. 

 

"Nit" first got messages on scraps of paper attached to her bike. 

 

Then the pervert went up a notch and wrote his filthy messages on two sets of knickers and put them on the motorcycle. 

 

Now she wants him caught as she fears for her safety. 

 

Police are investigating.
