Popular Post JimmyJ
Took 3 Grab car rides today and visited 2 businesses. Got home and realized I was minus my sunglasses. At first I figured it was hopeless, but after awhile and thinking about how hard it is to find comfortable sunglasses, I first called a business I"d been at, and then in the Grab app found a Forgotten Item link and then a choice of email or - wonder of wonders - a phone number with a real human bean answering. I explained the situation to a woman with very good English and told her I had no idea which of my 3 Grabs today would have the sunglasses or if any do. She said she'd check, put me on hold, came back and said my 1st ride has them and in about 30 minutes he can bring th to me for 100 THB cash only. I agreed, she asked my permission to give him my phone number, I asked if I could get his , she checked for permission and gave it to me. Everything went off as promised. Impressive and painless cs - amazing in itself , but then for an internet based business astounding. 3
Surasak
GRAB. The best thing that has happened to Thailand, so far. Great people and great service.

And even better when you get your own personal Grab driver, cut out the middle man and he charges 50 baht less per trip than by going through the App. However, Grab is great as you say.

ChaiyaTH
Loving grab except when it are old drivers that can't even follow a blue line on maps. They should have a age limit of 45 for drivers.
