Pattaya Pong area - New house to rent

Recommended Posts

hi

if i can afford a suggestion for you

your chances to have a tenant should be much more higher

with at least a semi-furnished house.

I mean to entirely furnish a 200 sqm house is a really big budget

for a lot of good reasons (Example detached workers with 1\3 years contracts)

most of the tenants are not sure to stay

here for a very long time, so they are reluctants to invest massively in

furnitures plus when they move they don't know what to do with.

It's why the vast majority of the houses on the Pattaya market are semi or

frunished ones. Except the small cheap ones (Ususaly with no garden and no swimming pool)

for the Thais who anyway just put a mat on the floor where they eat and sleep

but your house is not in this range of size and price.

Good luck anyway

Thanks for your reply

in the instance you’re wrong as my other house in Pong is exactly the same design etc. & has been rented unfurnished for 7 years to the same family.

You are welcome

my suggestion was only based on the general market here

but you are probably a lucky guy

so it should be quick and easy with this one also

i wish you the best anyway

regards
